Joining Team Ja'aku is one thing that might help complete who you are as a person. If you have decided to join the Team, you'll find a rather tall man wearing the normal Ja'aku uniform in one of the corners of the Courtyard. He's the man you have to talk to if you wish to ally with Team Ja'aku. One thing to keep in mind though, is that their true intentions in Senko are yet to be revealed. This branch of Team Rocket is incredibly secretive in their plans on what they are going to do here in the region, whether it's stealing Pokemon out from other people, or destroying the region completely.
[You will be challenged to a Pokemon battle that you will more than likely end up losing. This is supposed to happen in order for the man to determine your rank. Most people will end up being grunts when first joining, but a few people will end up being a higher rank. The different ranks will be added to this thread later. Lastly, make sure to post your own thread if you're joining Ja'aku. It helps keep things organized.]
